Overview
Develop a mobile app enabling users to buy and

communication options, and an admin dashboard
to manage functionalities and users.
Objective:
Design the mobile app interface to create an efficient and user-friendly marketplace for buying, selling, and engaging with auctions and personal shoppers. The goal was to ensure intuitive navigation, a cohesive experience across features, and seamless interaction for users.
User Research:
Actively contributed to the user research phase, focusing on understanding user needs, motivations, and challenges. Developed data-driven personas to represent different user segments, which helped the team gain insights into user behaviors and preferences for buying, selling, and auctioning items.
Mid-Fidelity Wireframing:
Developed comprehensive mid-fidelity wireframes to establish the app’s structure and layout, carefully considering key interactions and user journeys. Mapped out the user flow for adding products for sale, whether for auction or direct sale, to make the process intuitive and straightforward. Additionally, built the profile structure to enable users to manage their personal information, sales history, and engagement with other users smoothly.
High-Fidelity
Created high-fidelity designs that reflect brand aesthetics and user needs. This phase involved refining every element, from typography to iconography, to enhance usability, accessibility, and user experience. The high-fidelity prototypes provided a near-final look and feel for the app, aligning with the project’s vision for a professional, user-centered interface.
Clickable Prototype:
Developed an interactive, clickable prototype to simulate real user interactions, allowing stakeholders and users to experience the app’s flow and navigation. This prototype served as a critical validation tool, identifying areas for refinement and ensuring that the final product met both user needs and business goals. The clickable prototype helped solidify the app’s functionality and usability before moving into full development, minimizing potential issues in later stages.
